Bullock Construction, Inc. is a small woman-owned railroad contractor. We have been in business since 1967, serving the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast area. During that time we have provided new construction, engineering, consulting and maintenance services for various government agencies, utility companies, food chains and the railroads.
